Rolando is a Buprenorphine Program Director at Homeless Health Care Los Angeles where he is innovating substance use disorder treatment for people without housing and those with severe mental illness.

Rolando holds an MD from Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Pomona College. He is certified in Python for Data Science and is a board-eligible candidate for Addiction Medicine from the American Board of Preventative Medicine.
